- Space for staff to meet after school and other non-teaching times -- the regular faculty 'lounge' is too small for more than 4 adults to socially distance safely, and we could really use a place to gather and have real conversations without ("You're muted Andrew" and the other limits of the grid)
- After the age of COVID, a shaded space for classes to meet during nice weather (particularly science) would be a welcome addition.
Yeah, that's about all I can come up with. These tents do very very little to alleviate all the other problems of in-person schooling under current conditions. Not enough of them and not enough favorable weather days to make them a universal solution. The brief respite of an outdoor "mask break" (another term that didn't exist before 2020) just isn't enough to justify all the other problems. Nope, nope, nope.
