I left out large parts of the law, including most of the section that lists Definitions of Terms. Note the added item for "remote learning" which of course does not yet exist in this regulation that was passed in 1996.
- The Commissioner of Education gains power to officially reduce requirements for the length of school year and amount of learning time.
- Remote learning CAN COUNT toward the learning time requirements... if districts follow the state's rules...
